Granite paving tiles seen from above, cleaned half way: dark grime with the swirl of a first pass above, clean pale stone below, divided by one ragged line.

Clean has an edge.

Soft-washed houses, pressure-cleaned driveways and pavements, pool decks made new.

A real line: granite paving, half cleaned.

Follow the line.

An asphalt shingle roof part-way through a soft wash: the left side washed light, the right still streaked dark with moss in the joints.

How we clean it

Soft wash

Low pressure, roughly 100–500 PSI, plus a cleaning solution that does the work, then rinsed. Never high pressure on siding or shingles.

  1. Washed: the solution lifted the black algae streaks
  2. The line the rinse left
  3. Not yet: moss in the shingle joints

Drag the line, use the arrow keys, or tap the photo.

Looking up at the corner of a clapboard house: cream siding in low sun meeting a muted brown corner board and a white downpipe, with carved brackets and deep shadow under the eaves.

Houses get the soft touch.

Siding and roofs are cleaned by chemistry, not force. Concrete can take pressure. Knowing which is the job.

On a house we clean

  • Vinyl and painted siding
  • Asphalt shingle roofs
  • Soffits and fascia
  • Gutter faces

Two machines, two pressures. Squeeze a trigger.

Soft wash Siding and roofs

typical 100–500 PSI

A cleaning solution loosens algae, mildew and dirt; a low-pressure rinse carries it away. Shingles and siding stay intact.

Pressure clean Concrete and pavers

typical 2,500–4,000 PSI

A spinning surface cleaner holds the nozzles at a fixed height over the stone, so the finish comes out even, without stripes.

Typical ranges. The right pressure is set on site, surface by surface.

Herringbone brick with algae in the joints: the kind of patio we start from.

A backyard pool on a bright day: blue water, a steel handrail at the steps and a wide pale concrete deck, with a timber fence behind.

Deck and coping, water left alone.

Pool decks, made new.

We clean the deck and coping. Everything else is protected.
